陈国明 (艺名：朗月高山、月山) ，广州人，一九四六年出生于中国广州。一九八八年移民来美，现居三藩市。自学而成的民间艺术家。最擅长绘画“汉字图画”。其“汉字图画”与众不同之处是：字形秀丽、易辨，有毛笔书法韵味；字中动物图像较为形似。是将彩色“汉字图画”画技传入美国的第一人，也是“一笔五彩”汉字书法的创写人。2006年其繪著的《中英文字圖案繪法第一步(部)》一書在美國之出版，填補了中國民間藝術“花鳥字”千百年來無繪畫教材書傳世的空白，將“藝史無書改有書”！

Guo Ming Chen (Stage Name: Bright Moon High Mountain, Moon Mountain), Cantonese, born in Canton China 1946. Immigrated to United States in 1988 and now living in San Francisco. Self-taught to becoming a folk artist, He specializes in “Chinese Character Paintings”. The unique styles of his character paintings are the styles of the characters are well defined with a feel of brush calligraphy; the animals within the characters are lively. He is the first person who brought the color character painting method into the US and also the creator of the One Stroke with Five Colors: Chinese color calligraphy.
